DVD 1
Ki moves the body, both are only one, this is the principle of Aikido and Budo. In this first DVD, Nomura Shihan, head instructor of the Osaka Aikikai, presents us with a simple and systematic way to practice, which will allow us to feel and cultivate our Ki in Aikido. Each section of this DVD shows different techniques to facilitate understanding, however, the fundamental concepts of all are always the same. An excellent opportunity to improve your potential and motivate your practice.

An excellent method of training focused on mastering the secrets of the "Aikido without form".
